Edible Jersey tells the story of food, from source to table. Published six times a year, it highlights the people who grow, produce and energize their community with regionally-based, seasonal food choices.

Illustrations are commissioned for the In Season column each issue. The column takes one seasonal ingredient and explains four different preparations for it. A feature illustration was commissioned for a story on the farmer’s markets of Jersey City.
